Accordingly, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) don't have a legal obligation about the EBRD respecting the terms of the Prespa agreement even if your client name Sparkasse Bank Makedonija AD (SBM) is perhaps inappropriate or not respecting the Prespa agreement? Therefore the foregoing does not affect your project "RF Sparkasse Bank Macedonia" i.e. "Prespa agreement"?

Please note that from the time this agreement went into force, 12 February 2019, all EBRD official documents referred only to North Macedonia (or to the Republic of North Macedonia). For example, in relation to the project you refer with the Sparkasse Bank Makedonija AD (SBM), in our public disclosure we noted that the location of this project is ‘North Macedonia’; see - https://www.ebrd.com/work-with-us/projects/psd/52112.html.
If your concern is about the name of our client, SPM, please note that we are required to disclose the exact legal name of entities in our public disclosures. If you consider that this name is inappropriate, you may wish to raise your concerns directly with SPM.
